from start to finish the team was very interactive and a thoroughly professional service. we had a comprehensive fit out of my whole home which took about 2 weeks. the back office team dealing with all drawings and mock ups were diligent and talented in giving their ideas, the office team was concise in measurements and before going to production they confirmed all specifications with us many times - we did overlook and made a mistake in considering measurements for one of the cabinets in a particular room but the team replaced this, with a new one, without a whimper. the fitters were extremely talented and professional taking care of exact measurements and leaving the place spotless at the end of each day, i even gave them a spare key to my home because i was working some days - wholly trustworthy. after the contract was completed we decided that we wanted to add/order some other fittings which were duly delivered and fitted. the after sales service was also very welcomed as the team contacted me to make sure that i was happy with everything. i would definitely recommend Inspired Elements and i will be using them again. We visited on a couple of occasions and nothing was too much trouble, even though we changed our minds on colours, design etc a fair bit! We discussed our requirements and Batul, Arjun and Hiren were happy to assist and offer advice. The quality of the fitted product is incredible, the finishing lovely and we have high quality wardrobes which we are delighted with. The speed at which the wardrobes were installed was amazing. The finished product is beautiful. The benefit of using inspired elements is twofold over the "main" competition: they provide backing to the wardobes instead of the backs being open, they can build the wardrobes over 2.3m - to literally any height - where the competition maxes out at that level. The customer service is very good, and the finished article is beautiful. Recommend including the interior lighting to feel like a film star when you open your cupboards.

The team is very profession from the beginning when we are doing the chimney removal work and gave us good advice on how to get the room ready for a new wardrobe. The first installation was smooth and the team arrived on time. Overall wardrobe build are very high quality and their onsite work team is punctual. Although there were some miscommunications about the choice of surface color but the team is working hard to rectify the issue and order materials speedy. We were recommended by a friend. Called Kunal, who explained about the company. Came over to our place, discussed with us, took measurements. With a day prepared sketches how it would look, with quotation. We had arranged to make a deposit payment before they could start work. One week befote completion another balance payment. Workers came in the morning before evening all was fitted, tested. Have been getting regular calls, if we are having any problems. I would call them again if I have any more wardrobes needed. Given all the previous reviews, I was expecting a high quality of customer service and workmanship, and I have to say that Inspired Elements exceeded even those expectations. Sanjay who designed the wardrobes was very patient and responsive as I requested amendments to the design many times until I was satisfied. The fitters (Pradeep, Sutesh - apologies if spelt wrong!) were extremely polite and considerate, and even ensured throughout the day that my living/office door was kept shut to minimise any noise reaching me as I was working from home. The team dealt very professionally with parking issues where I live, ensured every request I made was met, and even added several nice touches to the design during installation to make it work better for me. As for their product - fantastic! I went for the linen effect doors in the lightest colour they had. I wanted a contemporary yet classy, simple yet stylish look, and these doors tick all the boxes for me. Everyone who has seen them has commented on how beautiful and well-fitted they are. None of the major high street brands could have come close to achieving this - I did try them first! I would not hesitate to use Inspired Elements again. Their employees are a real asset to the company: they put customers first and truly go above and beyond. Keep it up!

I went to Inspired Elements based on a recommendation, and was very pleased with the experience. Sanjay was great at providing guidance and design in choosing designs and layout my fully-fitted wardrobes and dealt with my numerous rounds of changes very graciously! They had a wide choice at their warehouse, and delivery and fitting was arranged for less than 2 weeks after I placed my order. Ordered bespoke wardrobe units and bookcase for 3 of our rooms. We had moved Into a new built house so we were looking for ideas to utilise and optimise space without compromising on looks/design. Extremely happy and highly recommended after having all the work completed in a timely manner. The wardrobes were well fitted and are of excellent quality. The customer service was exceptional in all aspects, especially when helping to decide on the correct wardrobes and specific measurements for the unique spaces within a brand new house. We were very pleased with the speed of delivery and installation. We had a scratch on one mirror which we noticed after installation and this was replaced within a week. They offer wardrobes with excellent service as part of the package! Sanjay was great throughout the journey, with prompt communication and same day responses. I have used Inspired elements twice now and on both occasion they have been fantastic. During the first occasion I had visited and researched several bespoke furniture companies including the well known brands but ultimately went with Inspired elements as they offered high quality, value, personal service and a long guarantee. I would highly recommend Sanjay (our designer) who was down to earth and gave a tailored approach. We changed and tweaked the design several times and he was able to incorporate it into the design the changes with no issues. He was instrumental in guiding us and making suggestions. The fitters on both occasions took one day to complete the job (worth noting each occasion had a different fitting team). Both team of fitters were excellent and knew what they were doing. They made minimal noise during the fit and there was no mess by the time they had finished. The quality of the wardrobe both inside and out felt top quality and did not appear to cut corners i.e. used backing and full LED light strips, (most others companies internal led lights did not run all the way from top to bottom and be wary of those who do not fit backing). Overall many thanks to Sanjay and Vinod, my wardrobes look fantastic 10/10

After looking around and having a bad experience I was looking to find a professional wardrobe installer at a reasonable price. I was recommended these guys and at the beginning I was in talks with Sanjay who was down to earth and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately as he went on holiday my project was passed over to a couple of other guys in the team. I was really disappointed with their lack of attention to detail to the point that I was prepared to walk away and find someone else to use. When Sanjay heard about my dissatisfaction he called me up on a Sunday to help rectify the issues even took the liberty and ownership of coming to my property personally and taking control including the design and layout of my bedroom wardrobes. I was then delayed due to the whole COVID -19 pandemic. Sanjay was really considerate and kept in touch thought the couple of months we had been waiting. Honestly if you are looking for someone you can trust and rely on then you won’t find a better person. I even had a small issue after to rectify and a installer arrived the next day. Really friendly staff throughout from the measuring of my original kitchen, designing and choosing a new kitchen and the customer service for the fit out.
